Service Description

Do you want to transition into project management or another project role and don't know where to start? I get it—managing large tasks or projects can feel overwhelming. It doesn't help that people use fancy jargon or buzzwords and outdated methods that can leave you in a confusing maze. I'm here to tell you that it's a lot of nonsense. No amount of degrees or certifications will make you a "pro." You don't need a certification or degree to manage projects effectively. Remember, theory and methods alone won't get the job done. As a young woman in male-dominated fields, I learned firsthand how frustrating it can be when you don't have a traditional background. So, if your boss asks you to plan or manage a project, no, you don't need the touted credentials. And you don't need to panic. You DO need the right mindset, practical strategies, and a proven workflow. Remember, the pressure to have formal credentials is unnecessary. What you need is the right approach and mindset. I will assess where you're at in your career, review your resume, and provide you with practical advice to get closer to your goals!
